About me

I’m Adam, a vastly experienced dietitian and nutritionist based in
Manchester, with over 15 years' experience. I have a Masters in Dietetics and a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences, trained on the use of a low-FODMAP diet for IBS and an MNU certified nutritionist. 
As well as coaching, I am an educator and when I am not working, I am a foodie, a traveller and a big sports fan.
