Hello, my name is Adam Cummins and I am a registered Dietitian and health and performance nutritionist. Prior to becoming a dietitian, I worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, nutritionist and industry educator for over 12 years.
As well as first class honours in Nutritional Sciences BSc and a distinction in MSc Dietetics from Leeds Beckett University I hold various other highly regarded industry specific qualifications including being trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University, MNU certified nutritionist and ISAK level 1 anthropometry.
I have vast experience helping people optimise their health and performance, from weight loss to muscle gain, elite sports nutrition to specific health conditions such as IBS and gut health, PCOS, amenorrhea and Type 2 diabetes management.
I have always had a love and passion for food, training as a chef before entering the health and fitness industry.
Nutrition and food is personal to each and everyone of us, which is why you will always be treated as an individual.
I provide a 100% guarantee that I will never provide you a "cookie cutter" nutrition plan like other nutritionists and online coaches often do.
I take in to consideration every aspect of your lifestyle and provide evidence based nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals in a way that suits your current needs, wants and requirements.
One of my key aims is to empower people to take control and responsibility for their own lifestyle and to manage their own nutrition. I place a great emphasis on educating my clients along the way. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge so that you do not need my help anymore. I want you to go away successful, to not only understand what you should do to achieve your goals but why.
No matter what your goal, your experience or relationship with food, the level of support you require or the budget you have, I can help you get to where you want to go.
